In coaching projects, our focus is on building your capacity and keeping you accountable. We will not execute the work for you but we will guide you towards your goals with questions, recommendations, and tools

Implementation – We do it for you

Our implementation rates vary between $50-$250/hour per professional depending on the complexity of the project.

In implementation projects, we do the work for you so you can direct time and resources to other priorities. Examples include feasibility studies, business plans, research, forecasts and models, etc.
